The terms we
What is included, what is not, and what happens if either side needs to stop. Written to be read, not to be survived.
Scope of work
Every engagement is defined in a written proposal: what is included, what is not, the timeline and the price. Anything outside that document is a change request, quoted before it is started.
Fees and payment
Project work is fixed price against a defined scope, invoiced in stages. Retainers are monthly in advance. Pricing is transparent — the figure you are quoted is the figure you are invoiced, with no undisclosed additions.
Ownership
On final payment, all design files, source code, accounts and documentation belong to you. Domains and hosting are registered in your name from the outset.
Client responsibilities
We need timely access to content, systems and a named decision-maker. Where these are delayed, timelines move by the same amount and we will say so in writing.
Support and warranty
Project work includes thirty days of post-launch support for defects in what we built — the period when real usage finds what testing did not. Ongoing care is a separate retainer: patching on a schedule, backups tested rather than assumed, monitoring that alerts a named person, and response times stated in the agreement rather than implied.
Confidentiality
We treat anything you share as confidential. Nothing about your project is published, referenced or shown to another client without your written permission.
Limitations
We are accountable for the systems we build and for those we maintain under a retainer. We are not liable for outages at a third-party provider, nor for changes made by others to a system after handover — though we would rather be asked first and will usually help identify what changed.
Governing law
Agreements are governed by the laws of Ghana.

Anything here that affects your project, we will explain before you sign — not after.
